Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun finally confirmed during the company’s live stream that they working on its flagship smartphone named as Mi 6 and all set to unveil it next month. The news fits with my previous rumors that Xiaomi will unveil its new device on  April 11, 2017.

Xiaomi Mi 6 Coming Next Month

The previous rumor about Xiaomi Mi 6 reveals that the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and fingerprint sensor. But fingerprint sensor was not visible on the leaked photos of the Mi 6 which hit the web a few days ago. So chances are high that the Xiaomi may embed the fingerprint sensor under the display.

Another leaked photos of Xiaomi Mi 6 appear on the web with a bezel-less beautiful front and vertical dual camera setup. It is not featuring curved display similar to the one in Samsung Galaxy S8, but still, it looks beautiful. The basic sensors for the device are placed on the top side accompanied with the front camera. On the right side, you can see the Power and Volume Up| Down buttons.

At the back side of the device, there is a dual camera setup arranged vertically. In previously leaked photos, the same was arranges horizontally, so definitely this is making things little confusing and interesting.

Regarding specification of the Mi 6, there is not much information available, but the device is expected to have some interesting features like Iris recognition, Water resistance, and Wireless charging. Read more about the features in my previous rumor about Xiaomi Mi Leaked Features

If a company is really planning to unveil Xiaomi Mi 6 in April, then the only thing we can do is to wait for a little and find out what all the specifications and features.

What you think about Xiaomi upcoming flagship smartphone Mi 6, let me know in the comments. I would love to hear your thoughts.
