Xiaomi Mi 6 code named Sagit spotted on Gfxbench, reveal Specifications

The count of the rumors about the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 6 increased in last few weeks, but still, these rumors require official confirmation. Today, the Xiaomi Mi 6 code named Sagit appeared on GFXBench, the good thing is that it revealed almost full specification of the device.

According to the technical specification leaked by GFXBench, the Xiaomi Mi6 a.ka. Xiaomi Sagit is expected to come 5.1-inch 1080p touchscreen and powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 chipset backed by either 4GB | 6GB of RAM. The device will offer two variants for internal storage which i.e. 64 GB | 128 GB.

Talking about the camera, the phone features 12MP rear camera using which you can capture 4K or ultra-HD videos. Along with this, there will be 8MP front facing camera that also comes with the capabilities to capture HD or 4K videos.

In the terms of sensors, the device will also feature NFC. The leaked listing of the device also indicated a single SIM support for the device, still, I can expect that there will be another dual SIM variant release by the company if these specifications are genuine.

Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to launch by the company in the last week of April or early March 2017. According to previous rumors covered by me, the device is also rumored to be dustproof and waterproof. The company may also ditch the 3.5mm audio jack in the device, which also gives a signal that instead of single rear camera setup, there will be dual camera module with 5X optical zoom.

The Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to have a price tag of CNY 1,999 which translates to $289 or €272, approximately for 4GB RAM | 64GB ROM or maybe go up. For the 6GB RAM | 128GB ROM version, the price is expected to start from CNY 2,999 which cost around $391 or €367.
