Back in February, the rumor hit the web that company is planning to launch Mi Max 2 in May 2017 with few specifications. At that time, the device rumored to have 6.44-inch display powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor packed with 6GB RAM | 128 GB ROM backed by 5000 mAh battery.
Today, a new phone from Xiaomi spotted on GFXBench with the code name “Xiaomi Oxygen”. The good thing is that the listing reveals almost complete specification of the phone.
After checking the specification of the “Xiaomi Oxygen” I personally believe that it is Xiaomi Mi Max 2. The device will come with 6.4-inch FHD 1080p display powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 2.2Ghz accompanied with Adreno 506 GPU. It is expected that device may have Snapdragon 660 Soc chip.
The phone will be packed with 4GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. It will be running MIUI OS based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
In the terms of camera, the phone will feature a 12MP Rear camera with capabilities of capturing 4K and ultra HD videos accompanied with other features like face detection, autofocus, and more. Apart from this, the phone will sport a 5MP front-facing selfie camera using which you can capture videos at 2392 X 1944 resolution. The phone will also support NFC. Also, there is no mention of the battery in the specification.
